Xijiao conference center owns 2 spacious Grand Ballrooms and 6 function rooms with over 3300 square meters area. Each function room equip with completed facilities, we also pamper our guests with professional service and exclusive experience.
Flowers Hall located on the first floor of Xijiao Conference Center, with an area of 630 square meters, 9 meters height spacious space with immense natural lighting foyer. It is the grand ballroom of Xijiao State Guest Hotel, Shanghai. Provide guests with shocking experience for important events. It is also the hosting place of Shanghai Cooperation Organization 5th Anniversary, Shanghai Special Olympics, as well as major state-level events capturing global attention, state leaders attending grand state dinner here.
Four Seasons Hall located on the first floor of Xijiao Conference Center, with an area of 437 square meters, 9 meters height. Completed advanced audio-visual equipment, creating an exciting visual feast. An ideal venue for large-scale conferences and high-end events. Myrtle Hall and Red Bud Hall located on the first floor of Xijiao Conference Center, both 84 square meters. Simple style decoration, equipped with completed conference facilities, such as high-speed wireless network, projector, suitable for all kinds of high-end business meetings.
Located on the fourth floor of the South Muruju Building. Independent and private 70 square meters multi-functional space, can be arranged into a variety of seating styles according to guests’ request. The hardwood walls and natural lighting glass walls blend perfectly, suitable for holding all kinds of small private meetings.
Located at the east side of the lobby, the Lily Hall, with an area of 40 square meters, owns natural lighting through glass windows. Participants can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the garden and enjoy relaxation in the midst of busy business. It is an ideal place for small branch meetings.
The Green Garden Hall is an independent meeting place adjacent to Muruju Building. It can be divided into the East Hall, Middle Hall and West Hall, total 800 square meters. Lijing Hall located on the first floor of building No. 21, 6.2 meters height, sufficient natural lighting, sparkling crystal chandelier, elegant decoration. 392 square meters space can accommodate 200 people banquets and meetings. Independent Huchen Xuan is also a suitable changing room.
Private Building No. 22, total area of 735 square meters, reception and dining area are on the first floor. Guest rooms are on the second and the third floor, penthouse is on the fourth floor. The large balcony on the third floor allows guests to enjoy beautiful views during their staying period. The first floor owns a spacious living room and dining room, suit for entertain guests; guests can also relax themselves at the living rooms of the suites; facilities also including kitchen, dining room and study room. Building No. 23 is a kind of classic British style architecture, its structure similar to building No. 22. Nearly 750 square meters, four stories height. Reception area and the dining room are on the first floor, equipped with a guest room. Guest room area mainly on the second and third floor, the attic is on the fourth floor. The internal spaces are divided into multiple functional areas, the spacious living room, the dining room, the study room, five comfortable bedrooms including suite. The suite also has a private sitting room, make-up mirror, balcony, design elements suitable for female guests. The luxurious and private space allows guests to experience unprecedented hospitality.
Building No. 26 covers 630 square meters, it owns private gathering space. Villa with private garden, inner restaurant can accommodate 30 people dining. On the west side of the restaurant is the living room with outdoor terrace and lawn. 5 guest rooms are on the second floor of the building. The comfortable and elegant place is an ideal choice for private parties.
